Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 September 2026
The short version
TRINITY AI is an advisory tool only. The board's analyses, debates and Chairman decisions are AI-generated opinions, not professional advice. Every decision you take after using TRINITY AI is yours alone, taken at your own discretion and risk. We accept no liability for outcomes of actions you take based on the board's output.
1. The service
TRINITY AI ("the service", "we", "us") convenes three independent artificial-intelligence agents plus a Chairman agent to analyse a business question you submit ("a brief"), debate it, and produce a written recommendation ("board output"). The service is provided to individuals who create an account and accept these terms.
2. Advisory only — no professional advice
Board output is generated by AI language and research models. It is provided for information and brainstorming purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, regulatory or any other form of professional advice, and no client, fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between you and us.
You should always obtain advice from qualified, licensed professionals before making legal, financial, investment or other significant decisions, and you should independently verify every fact, figure, claim and source cited by the board before relying on it.
3. Your decisions are your own
Any action you take — or choose not to take — following use of the service is taken entirely at your own discretion. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating the board output and for every decision, transaction, investment, filing or omission that follows from it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRINITY AI and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from or connected with your use of, or reliance on, the board output or the service.
4. No guarantee of accuracy
AI models can be wrong, outdated, incomplete or confidently incorrect, and may misdescribe real companies, products, websites or people. Web-connected agents may misread sources. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness or fitness for any purpose of any board output. Confidence scores shown by the service are model self-assessments, not probabilities of being right.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of the briefs, company information and documents you submit. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload any document or data you submit, and you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, that infringes third-party rights, or that contains personal data you are not entitled to share. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, market manipulation, or to generate decisions you are not authorised to make.
6. Third-party AI providers
The board is powered by third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic and Manus). Your briefs and uploaded content are transmitted to those providers for processing in accordance with their respective terms and data-handling practices. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability or output quality of third-party providers.
7. Subscriptions and credits
Paid plans are billed monthly in pounds sterling and grant a credit allowance as described on the Plans & Billing page. Credits are consumed when board sessions run and are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional or trial access may be granted, modified or withdrawn at our discretion. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
8. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue features — including board members, providers and pricing — with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the service in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in that period.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version here with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be sent to events@ritalix.com.
